AI PHONE SCRIBE
Your customers talk to you, human to human, with no AI in the conversation. Sophiie listens in the background, transcribes the call, pulls out what matters, and does the follow-through: jobs booked, quotes drafted, texts sent.
You keep answering the phone the way you always have. Sophiie listens in the background, captures every detail, and turns your words into bookings, quotes and follow-ups, before you're back in the ute.
Some customers will never warm to talking with AI, and they shouldn't have to. You answer like you always have, and Sophiie sits silently in the background. All the power of AI, without losing the human connection.
You took the call. Sophiie captured the job, the address and the time you agreed, and got to work.
Sophiie transcribes the call and pulls out what matters: the job, the address, the time you agreed, the price you quoted. No scribbled notes, no forgotten details, no typing in the ute.
Can you come take a look Thursday arvo?
Yep, no worries, I'll be out there at 3.
Beauty, see you then.
The moment you hang up, Sophiie acts on what was said. Told them you'd be out Thursday at 3? It's in the calendar. Said you'd send a quote? It's drafted. Promised a call back? It's scheduled.
Booking a job, preparing a quote, sending a follow-up text: whatever the customer needs, or whatever you said you'd do, Sophiie does it off the back of the call. Your word becomes your workflow.
Sophiie learns from your calls: how you talk to customers, how you quote, what you promise. The more calls you take, the better she understands your business, and the sharper her follow-through gets.
Learned from the way you talk to customers.
Matches the way you price and describe jobs.
Understood, tracked, and followed through.
What changes
No. With Phone Scribe, you answer the call and the conversation stays human to human. Sophiie listens in the background and handles the follow-through after you hang up.
Whatever the call needs: book the job into your calendar, draft the quote, send a follow-up or confirmation text, update the customer's record. If you said you'd do it, Sophiie gets it moving.
Nothing. That's the point. Sophiie captures the details and takes the actions. You stay across everything in Sophiie and step in only when you want to.
The AI Receptionist answers when you can't get to the phone. Phone Scribe works when you do answer: Sophiie listens and handles the admin. Together they cover every call, answered or missed.
Speak to Sophiie and we'll walk you through how Phone Scribe fits your setup and your workflow.
Sophiie answers, books, quotes, invoices and follows up, so you stay on the tools.
