Our Voice Invoicing uses AI to let you create a detailed invoice just by speaking. Simply activate the feature, state the client's name, line items, and amounts, and Sophiie will populate the invoice fields for you. It's the fastest way to bill for your work, especially when you're on the go.

Our integration creates a two-way street for your data. When you create an invoice in Sophiie, it's automatically pushed to your Xero account. When that invoice is marked as paid in Xero (often through Xero's own payment gateways), the payment status is pulled back into Sophiie, keeping your dashboard perfectly up-to-date without any manual entry.
